    .About Polycrystalline and Single Crystal

    . Single crystal refers to the regular and periodic arrangement of all atoms or molecules in the crystal in three-dimensional space, with a definite geometry and regular lattice phase, and the single crystal exhibits anisotropy, that is, it has different physical properties in different directions.

    . Polycrystals are composed of many small, identically arranged but inconsistent grains that are irregularly arranged in three-dimensional space and do not have the anisotropy of single crystals, which usually show isotropy.
