    .Precision Optical Sapphire Glass Windows

    Introduction:

    Optic-Well offer wide range of sapphire optics with good performance . Precision Sapphire Window is one of our main products.

    Compared with other suppliers, our biggest advantage is that in the same product parameters, the price is 2/3 or half of the competitors, and the MOQ requirements will not be too harsh, such as D50x5 high-precision sapphire window, our MOQ is usually about 5 pieces (considering the matching problem during production), and due to our long-term experience in making high-precision sapphire optical windows, the delivery time is also relatively stable, usually within 5 weeks (double-sided polished products).

    High-precision sapphire windows are widely used in national defense, scientific research, high-precision instruments, aircraft photoelectric windows. It differs from a normal window in that:

    . Higher raw material requirements, sometimes require that the transmittance of ultraviolet or visible light when not coated is greater than the requirements of the general optical window, and the visible light > 90% or ultraviolet light @200nm>70%

    . Higher dimensional tolerance requirements, the general window size tolerance is ±0.1 or ±0.05, for the assembly of windows and parts with high requirements, we can provide up to ±0.02 dimensional tolerance

    . Higher geometric tolerance requirements, the general window does not have too many requirements for geometric tolerance, but if the high-precision window has requirements for geometric tolerance, we can provide better parallelism, perpendicularity, roundness, cylindricality, coaxiality, position, etc

    . Higher surface type requirements, our ordinary window surface type is generally < 15λ, if there are requirements for the surface type, according to the specific product size, it can reach λ/2, λ/4, λ/8, λ/10, λ/20 @633nm (reflected wave surface accuracy, PV)
